Gyllyngvase beach is only a mile away, perfect for watersports and overlooked by a lovely beachside restaurant and bar.

Fabulous apartment, almost like being on a boat! We spent hours watching the water and changing light, as well as enjoying the wildlife and boats. Perfect spot for paddle boarding as we could launch from the nearby slip Inside the apartment is very comfortable, well equipped and spacious for 4 people. The two large sofas allowed everyone to enjoy the view. It's a bonus to have onsite parking for two vehicles - with a bit of planning, there was space for a Mini and a VW van. Good location too, easy to walk into Falmouth either up the driveway, or the 57 granite steps. ...

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment very much. It is quiet, has wonderful views and is filled with light. The accommodation is very spacious.It has excellent parking near to the entrance. It is close to the centre and some nice places to eat. However, if you are less mobile, owing to the steep climb up to the road and the uphill walk from the town you might need to use your car at times or hire a taxi. Don't let this put you off as it is in such a fantastic, prime spot otherwise....
