This was a delightful cosy, comfortable cottage in an idyllic setting . The garden was wonderful as were all the birds. You could stay here all the time and not go out! The local garage was very friendly and with helpful staff and sold almost everything as well as newspapers. There was an excellent big cafe almost opposite with their own shop selling gifts, fruit and vegetables , bakery goods etc. Also another big farm shop towards Axminster. We loved the pub at Dalwood. Our hosts Martin and Sarah were very obliging and helpful in a number of ways. ...
