Lynwood was a perfect property for 6 of us and one small dog. It had lots of room, 3 bathrooms, a lovely large garden and one of the best equipped kitchens we’ve seen. The location is excellent, not far to drive to the Lizard, Porthleven, Praa Sands and Lands End area. The lanes and hedgerows were stunning with bluebells, hawthorn and other wild flowers. On a very wet October half-term Lynwood was the perfect base from which to visit many places or hide away until the showers passed. We loved the location, property size and layout, garden, and the homely feel the cottage had. The oil-fired range was perfect for cooking croissants and pancakes for breakfast and lovely and warm to return to when everyone was tired of the rain. With several teenagers in tow there were enough bathrooms and hot water to keep everyone happy! ...

We had a lovely holiday in Cornwall and staying at Lynwood made it all the more special. Its a beautiful house. homely, comfy and warm. It has everything you require and then some. The kitchen was a joy to work in and it had all the equipment you could need. Everywhere is furnished to a high standard and beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. The garden is a delight and my dog really enjoyed her time out there. Roger is a lovely host and always at the end of the phone should you need him. I would highly recommend Lynwood to anyone looking to stay in Cornwall, I would have liked to live there forever. This was the best place I've ever stayed in when holidaying in Cornwall and cannot think of anything that I was unhappy about....

The cottage was beautiful and everything that we expected and more. The bedrooms were very spacious and the shower in the en-suite was great! The dog loved the very spacious garden.
