A beautifully appointed cottage in an excellent location. Roz was a great host - attentive & welcoming but not intrusive. We have stayed at many dog-friendly cottages in the UK & Lynwood is up there with the best of them. We particularly liked the large dog-proof garden, the light and airy nature of the roomy cottage and the proximity to great walks, beaches and pubs. A thoughtful welcome pack included bread, milk, tea & coffee, butter and biscuits. The many vases of fresh cut flowers were a pleasant surprise. Praa Sands was a lovely beach just a few miles away and the cottage was in easy reach of The Lizard, St Ives, Falmouth, coastal walks, etc. We know Cornwall well but were surprised at the number of new places we discovered....

Lynwood is a beautiful home with everything you could possibly want catered for. The owner has created a fantastic space for guests to enjoy which feels more like a home than a rental. A beautiful house in a wonderful location. Everything at Lynwood was immaculate and so thoughtfully curated. We loved being so close to Porthleven and Praa Sands. It was a very special stay.
