Loved Lynwood which worked perfectly for our 3 generation family. Well equipped and maintained and presented as a home from home rather than a holiday home. The location is perfect and close to great beaches, restaurants and the town of Porthleven. Would definitely like to return....

Lovely big house, plenty of space for 8 people, good showers, loads of outside space, big comfortable lounge, well stocked kitchen. Location was great, short drive to Porthleven, north coast, also access to lizard and lands end. Loved it.

Fantastic well equipped property in a beautiful location. A large beautiful garden to sit and have breakfast and enjoy a glass of wine on an evening whilst watching the helicopters practicing overhead. Ideal location about half an hour from most places. Exactly like the pictures show. ...

Cottage was what was advertised, beautiful garden, house spaces and great for our 7 people + 1 unborn. Location was central for our sight seeing needs. Pub Queens Arms welcoming for our party, great food.

We had a wonderful stay, a with cream tea to greet us, to fresh flowers and the house was beautiful and so well presented. My ( now ) husband and I married during our weeks stay in Helston and had a beautiful meal with family in Porthleven. The location made it ideal and it was a lovely place to set off to the registary office from and great for some lovely pictures as well. I would book again without hesitation...thank you ...
