Superbly situated for the coastal path and the location was very quiet & secluded. We would recommend this Shepherds Hut to anyone looking to enjoy the local countryside.

This was our second stay at Copperas Hut and we had a lovely time. It is such a cute, comfortable and cosy place to stay and waking up every morning to that sea view is a real treat. The area is absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed the peace and quiet and a very relaxing holiday.

Nice comfy hut, with lovely views, ,let down by the mattress on the pull down bed.

Thanks so much for taking the time to leave a review for Copperas Shepherd's Hut and we're so pleased that you had a comfortable stay and enjoyed those breathtaking views. We're sorry that you were disappointed with the mattress on the pull down bed - we do find that mattress comfort can be a very individual preference and it can be difficult to find something that ticks the boxes for everyone, but we'll certainly pass on your feedback to the owner for their consideration. We stayed at Copperas Shepherd's Hut for our first wedding anniversary, and it was beautiful, with great facilities and everything we needed for a self-catering break. In a great location, we enjoyed beautiful views of the countryside and sea. The Hut was in a great location for accessing Combe Martin and Ilfracombe. We particularly appreciated the fresh flowers and basket of jams and juice, a lovely welcoming touch. During the COVID-19 outbreak, it was great to have a private self-catering property that was clean and felt very safe.

Lovely hut with amazing views! Perfect for a relaxing week(end), would definitely go there again!

Beautiful view Very comfy and cosy - loved the log fires inside and out Very comfy bed Wild Deer in the field behind Croissants from the campsite for breakfast - great hosts Stayed a extra 2 nights on the campsite

We had a wonderful stay in the Shepherds hut, in spite of storm Dennis! The hut is beautiful inside and very well equipped. The location, perfect.

We had a wonderful stay here. A great welcome and perfect base for our stay in Devon. Beautiful views and very cosy come rain, come shine.

We absolutely loved staying at Copperas Shepherd's hut! The location was absolutely stunning and really enjoyed using the firepit/barbeque and seating outside the hut (in our own private little garden with en suite Llamas). The hut is really well equipped and the bed very comfortable. We enjoyed waking up to the stunning view and made the most of this by throwing open the windows and doors and just drinking it all in. It was a good break from technology too. No TV, basic WiFi, no telephone signal - all definite plus points for this stay. The chance to enjoy beautiful landscape, reconnect with nature and disconnect from our usual hectic life! The owners were friendly and we enjoyed the visits from the chickens and the dogs. We thought we'd died and gone to heaven! Absolutely LOVED it and will definitely try and rebook for some proper R & R. Many thanks Nick & Sian for an amazing stay.

Had a fantastic stay. Everything exceeded our expectations. Facilities were excellent and couldn’t have asked for a better location. Would highly recommend and look forward to visiting again.

Lovely place to stay, quiet and secluded with wonderful views. Very cosy and comfortable.

Had a fantastic break at Copperas Hut. The owner was extremely welcoming and friendly. The hut was exceptionally clean, well equipped and decorated. Only wish we could have stayed longer, but would love to go back and would highly recommend!

We had a lovely week in Copperas in April 2019. It's a beautiful place to stay, cosy, comfortable and very well equipped. The ensuite shower room is always toasty-warm and the whole hut is very stylish. The pull-down bed makes the most of the space available and provides an extremely comfortable bed for sleeping as well as giving space for a big table to relax around in the day, with lots of clever storage space under the benches. The views from both shepherds hut on the farm are amazing, they are quiet and private with a panoramic view out to sea, it's lovely to wake up to the sun rising over the water. Brilliant walks from the door, including a pub within walking distance for when we didn't want to cook, and lots of interesting places to explore nearby. Very warm welcome from the owner who left us some delicious local treats. We will definitely return.

Worth booking. Fantastic accommodation, location, host...

Had a really lovely three night stay in this cosy hut. Loved waking up to beautiful views over the coast on one side of the hut and two friendly lamas on the other. Wish we could have stayed longer!
