Bedroom One has a gorgeous super-king bed is a very welcome sight at the end of a fun packed day. The bed is also 'zip and link' giving you extra flexibility should you require the room with twin beds.

Even the kitchen boasts an amazing view and offers all mod-cons and is fully equipped.

We had a very lovely comfortable time here, so relaxing and a short flat walk into Dartmouth. Amazing terrace overlooking the boats at the marina. One of the best ,if not the best, property we have ever holidayed in both for its overall standard in every way and its wonderful position. It is superbly equipped and the only slight negative it that because it is facing the estuary in Dartmouth, it loses the sun from lunchtime onwards for most of the year.
