5 Dart Marina is beautifully furnished and equipped making it very comfortable. The apartment is roomy and quiet with wonderful river views with a private terrace, access to Dartmouth shops and restaurants a few minutes walk away along the quay. Didn’t need our car as so much to do in walking distance and by taking ferries....

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful apartment. It was like staying in a five star hotel — only better! We loved the spaciousness, the stunning views and the convenience of a car parking space right outside. And just a short gentle stroll into pretty Dartmouth. The location couldn’t be better. The apartment is decorated to a very high standard with quality furnishings, premium kitchen appliances and Denby crockery. The rental costs are expensive but fair for such luxurious facilities. The beds are huge and very comfortable. The sofa looks new and also very comfortable. There were generous amounts of coffee, tea, shampoo, hand wash, toilet rolls etc provided. And lots of games / books for rainy days in addition to the smart TV. We had no hot water one day but the owner was very efficient in sorting it out and we were impressed that he took the time to follow up afterwards to check things were ok. I noted from the comments book, that many guests return here time after time and I can see why. We feel very lucky to have discovered such a fantastic place to stay and are already planning to return. ...

5 Dart Marina is a lovely apartment with wonderful views over the River Dart and the Dart Marina. The property is excellently fitted out and presented.

We experienced a number of issues trying to get access to the property, but Classic cottages were as helpful as they could be. When we did get in the apartment is beautiful, furnished with everything you need and an amazing location on the river/marina side with great views. Only issue (apart from accessing the property) was the underfloor heating and heated towel rails in the bathrooms didn’t work. All other rooms were warm and welcoming. Would definitely like to return....

A wonderful place to stay & an easy walking distance into town. Dartmouth is the best place to stay on the South Coast. Great parking outside the flat.
