We had a super stay at this "cottage" which was really a 2 bedroom house that felt so homely. It was clean, felt spacious due to windows all round, with views over the estuary and small tropical garden below the balcony. The kitchen was well equipped. We were so lucky with the weather and had breakfast on the balcony every day. We dined out most days/nights as there's lots of places to eat nearby. There was a pleasant surprise of wine and milk (essentials) in the fridge and tea bags and biscuits to start us off. A handy touch. We cannot fault this place and would highly recommend it, although we don't want too many people going as the visitor's book shows reviews from returnees and wanabe returnees, including us!...

Fantastic cottage with great views over the estuary and Falmouth harbour. We were lucky with the weather so spent a lot of time on the balcony. Even if the weather is not so good, the views from the window seats inside are just as good! Had everything we needed, and we hope to be back next year....

We really enjoyed our stay here. The view and location are fantastic. Having a parking space in Falmouth is worth its weight in gold, though it is suitable only for medium-sized vehicles. The amenities are comprehensive. It is a great base for exploring the south of Cornwall....
