Bay View is an amazing property. It is located in Freshwater Bay right beside the Bay, and the views are stunning. It's easy to spend hours sitting in the sunroom/conservatory watching the waves and the people on the beach and in the water. The accommodation is clean, well equipped, the beds are comfortable, there are 3 bathrooms (one with just sink and toilet) and it's ground level which is a plus for anyone with mobility issues. The on site parking is also a big plus as Freshwater Bay can be a busy area. ...

Outstanding cottage in an unbeatable location. The setting right on Freshwater Bay is exceptional. Stepping straight out onto the beach made our stay feel really special. The bay itself is fantastic, with beautiful scenery and a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere.The house is spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for an easy, enjoyable holiday. Parking was ample, which made coming and going simple. Freshwater has great food and takeaway options, and with a supermarket only five minutes’ drive away, everything was incredibly convenient.An outstanding cottage, looking forward to our next visit!...

This was our third consecutive year staying at Bay View and it really is a gem of a place for a relaxing retreat - homely, well equipped and an outlook/location that leaves you feeling truly spoilt. For anyone visiting the IoW and happy to self cater then can highly recommend this as an option. Already looking forward to making a return visit same time next year, if not before...

The bay view apartments was wonderfully located, over seeing the bay, and close to amenities. The beech was so close, yet not at all intrusive, allowing us to have peaceful and most pleasant al fresco dining. The apartment had every comfort and equipment we would have wished for, including washing machine and dishwasher. All in all, this was a most pleasant and comfortable venue for a holiday and I would happily recommend it to friends....
