This property was everything we wanted and more! The hut itself was lovely, cosy, well equipped and so well thought out! The hot tub and outside were lovely and we all had a lovely time sitting by the fire under the fairy lights, it was just magical! We also loved the proximity to Bodmin Moor and regularly visited to see the free roaming cows, sheep and ponies! We couldn't have asked for a better stay and will most definitely be back next year to do it again, this time with our wider family who all can't wait to come after seeing our photos and hearing all about it!...

The Lions den was set in a magical location. We were a family of four ( mum, two children and a dog) When we drove off the A30 it was literally like entering another little world with cows and sheep free range and countryside as far as the eye could see. The Lions den itself was very private and self sufficient. I do love a hot shower in the morning and this was delivered from the small but functional shower room with good power too! The WiFi was amazing and I could have worked from this location had I needed to. The views were to die for and the hot tub was a really lovely addition which added to the relaxing vibe of the place. The twinkling lights at night makes the ambiance pretty and magical. The other shepherds huts were well spaced out from one another and each had their own area. It’s a great location away from it all yet several super markets nearby in Bodmin, a cosy pub in next village and easy to access the coast for days out. We really loved it and would definitely go again . ...

Lovely stay at this little hut. It is equipped with everything you need to make the stay comfortable. Gorgeous views to wake up to. Very welcoming to dogs just be aware that there are some very cute sheep immediately in front. The area is peaceful and the local pub in st Neot serves good food. ...

We found the Lion's Den in a perfectly peaceful and beautiful spot. The hut was everything we could have wished for. Importantly, the bed was comfortable and pillows just right. Our dog was happy too although we kept him on a long lead as he's a very naughty dachshund and we didn't want him relocating to somewhere inaccessible. All in all, absolutely lovely and hopefully we will stay again....
