This is the track that leads down to the Camel Trail.
You don't have to get back in the car if you don't want to. Explore on foot or bycycle, there is plenty to see and do. Padstow is around a 20 minute walk via the Camel Trail.

Excellent once again, this is the second time we have stayed at Tregwelan and it did not disappoint. The shepherds hut is kept to the highest standards and looked exactly the same as when we left it a couple of years ago. The amount of equipment in the hut is perfect for a comfortable and simple stay. The owners were again delightful and a pleasure to speak to as well as very knowledgeable on the area. This was our third stay at Tregwelan and we had a truly relaxing break surrounded by nature and for once the weather was on our side! A wonderful place to stay if you want to get away from it all, but Padstow is only a short walk away. If you want a longer walk then the Camel Trail to Wadebridge is highly recommended. We will definitely be visiting again....
