Tides reach has everything you need for a relaxing stress free holiday, the situation is ideal, across the narrow road to the beach [ideal for families with children and indeed adults who like swimming, paddling or just walking on the beach etc]. Equidistant from the village [Seaview] and the Seaview Hotel/restaurant and the Old Fort Pub and the other way the Boat House Pub/restaurant approx 7-8 mins walk either way. The house is superbly equipped for either adult guests or families with children of any age, of particular note is the basement Table Tennis room, family contests are always good fun. The location is ideal for siteseeing, nowhere is very far from anywhere else on the Isle of Wight. I thoroughly recommend Tides Reach for a enjoyable holiday. ...

Everything was good - we have been self catering for about 40 years and this was easily the very best place we have stayed in. The warmth and care of the owners really shone through making it extra special. The sea views were fantastic & we all enjoyed watching the passing ships sat on the window seat..that’s when we weren’t enjoying the local walks! Really loved the boxes to put our stuff in ( we have stayed in places where there is no room in the kitchen for our food!!) Kitchen was well stocked and clean ( we have stayed at places where the fridge hasn’t been cleaned !) The good quality bedding The selection of books and games and puzzles etc was second to none. ...

Tides Reach is a fabulous holiday rental, the proximity to the beach is superb. The views over The Solent are stunning and we spent time just watching the liners pass. The house is spacious and well stocked with dvds and games for darker evenings. A most relaxing week, thoroughly enjoyable....
