The apartment has a large corner sofa to relax on whilst watching a movie on the Smart TV.
The primary bedroom also shares those wonderful sea views and has an en suite shower-room.
Kennack Sands is a short stroll down the hill, the waters are perfect for swimming, the beach has a lifeguard in the main season as well as a beach hut and beach cafe selling drinks, snacks and ice creams.

The kitchen is stylish and very well-equipped.
Being open makes this a very sociable space even for the cook!
Recline on the comfy sofa or in one of the stylish armchairs, the choice is yours.

There are only eight apartments in the building making them rather exclusive. The apartment is on the first floor, in the middle of the photo with the windows open.
In the shared courtyard there is a table and chairs, bench seat and washing line for guests' use.
Kennack Sands has a dog-friendly area of beach next to the main beach, just follow the signs when you get down there.
There is a shared lawn next to the building, a perfect spot for relaxation and playtime.
Kynance Bay is one of those places you must visit during your stay.
Coverack bay is a short drive away or an eight mile walk. Enjoy a drink/bite to eat before heading back along the coast path.
The apartment is on the first floor so there is a flight of stairs or a lift.
There are footpaths right on your doorstep or follow the lane around 900 yards to the beach.
Lizard Point, is another great place to visit.
Pretty Cadgwith Cove is less than two miles away by car or a 35 minute walk including a rather steep hill on the way back, but it is well worth it!

This is a very high quality, very comfortable apartment with sea views to die for! It is quiet, well equipped and makes a superb base for exploring this beautiful area. We have had a very enjoyable 10 days, blessed with great weather and will certainly be back....

We had a great stay here despite weather not being that good. The apartment was clean and comfortable and well equipped . We loved sitting in the chairs looking at the view of Kennack Sands. It’s in a good location to explore the Lizard and further with the Southwest coast path on the doorstep. Would definitely recommend and hope to return ...

Beautiful and well equipped appartement. We had a great time here and enjoyed long walks at the nearby beach or on the Coast Path. A small and nice bar is just around the corner.
