On a cold windy day it was so welcoming to enter The Chocolate House - it was cozy and warm right from the start. Parking is very near, easy to access and we were able to park in front of the house to load up before we left. The house has real character, is well equipped and is real pleasure to stay in. Its position in Chapel street is great for all aspects of a visit to Penzance and the local area. And a bonus for November, the wind died down and the sun shone....

We had a great holiday at The Chocolate House. The house was spotless when we arrived. Although we didn't use the house for cooking, the kitchen had all the facilities needed and the shower was excellent. We used the house as a base to explore surrounding area and it was everything we wanted and expected....

Really enjoyed our stay there. It was good being in a central location ,near to shops and the Bus station. Although central it was quiet and peaceful. It was compact but fine for 2 people. The extra room next to the main bedroom proved useful for ones clothes etc Good having a House Keeper who could be contacted if necessary, we did speak to her and she was very helpful. Excellent shower and bathroom ,plus the kitchen ,both had very efficient modern appliances. Wonderful break ,getting away from constant Covid pressure....

Cottage very well presented and equipped. Great location. The owners have made a great job of using the space well and producing as much light as possible in this historic cottage.
