Clovelly is closeby and is a lovely place to explore.
Head to Bideford for more shopping and possibly even a trip to Lundy Island for the day.
Round the corner from Westward Ho! you'll find Appledor, another lovely seaside town.

Lovely large property in a big garden. Lots of space for our party of 5. Nicely furnished and very comfortable living spaces perfect for relaxing at the end of a busy day. Good location close to the coast.

Lovely spacious cottage in a lovely quiet position. Situated adjacent to a beef herd so some might find that tricky but the grandchildren were fascinated to see them so close. Great lawn area for games. Parking a bit tight. We had a great time.

We loved our stay at Eastcott Cottage as a family of five. Our boys (and dog!) enjoyed running around the front garden and seeing the cows next door. The cottage is well equipped and very comfortable. We could easily access the lovely Devon and Cornish coastline and the cottage provided an excellent base for our holiday. We were also very impressed with the wifi speed which was required for a few work situations. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we’d recommend to others!...

Loved the cottage and the location - just off the A39 so easy access and not far from Bude but very quiet and peaceful. The cottage was very comfortable as were the beds which was welcome after long days walking the South West Coast Path - very home from home. Two reception rooms so we alternated in the evening just because we could! Lovely kitchen and nice large table to sit around in the evenings. Nice large fridge and freezer too as we brought our own food. Great utility area - very spoilt for room. We had a problem with the front door not unlocking from the inside (not a big issue as 3 other doors to use) and this was sorted out really quickly by the owner and manager. Could not fault the service. We didn't really use the garden due to time of year but would be great in the summer Would certainly highly recommend Eastcott....
