Trevenna is a lovely house and perfect for an active family in Seaview. Lots of space to dry wet sailing kit and a perfect base for a holiday.

Despite iffy weather we had another lovely holiday at Trevenna. It suits a family of 2 grandparents, 2 parents and 2 children very well.

We really enjoyed our week in Trevanna. It is decorated very tastefully, with good quality furnishings & artwork. We were surprised at how quiet it was inside. The house is Georgian or Victorian with stripped floorboards downstairs, but nothing creaked & the central heating didn’t make a sound. The garden was lovely & secluded & again very quiet. The beds were very comfortable. The photos show bedside clocks, but these had gone. Lots of wardrobe space for hanging clothes. The kitchen was well equipped. Full sized dishwasher, Gas hob, electric oven, toaster, nespresso coffee machine, some pods were available. There were 3 capsules left for the dishwasher. We were a couple so just lasted us the week. A bottle of dettol surface cleaner, fairy liquid, a jay cloth & 3 black bags for rubbish. We didn’t bring our car & used the buses to get around. The bus stop was a few minutes walk away, & the buses were never too full. Lilly’s cafe was lovely. Nice view from ‘The Old Loft Pub’. We didn’t go in ‘The Boathouse’. The Community shop was very handy. We had a Waitrose delivery for when we arrived. It wasn’t really beach weather. But we enjoyed looking around the Island....
