We had a lovely 7 night stay at the Cottage. Beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean, it was well equipped and with a secure garden for our dog to explore. Bembridge appeared quite a quiet community when we visited in April but there is a supermarket and places to eat within walking distance which was very important to us when choosing a location to stay. We ate at The Old Village Inn, The Birdham and The Crab and Lobster Inn all of which made us feel very welcome and we enjoyed their food....

We're so glad that you liked the Quiet Corner Cottage, though sorry to hear that you found the lane a little tricky. We try our best to outline this as an unmade lane in the description on the website, but we appreciate that this may not be something that everyone is comfortable with negotiating. We hope that once you had arrived though, you had a wonderful time on the Isle of Wight and appreciated the peace and quiet that came with that location down the private track. A lovely cottage, perfect quiet location. Hope to be back soon

Great location - tucked away and very quiet yet local shops and Steyne Park recreation area easily accessible. A very comfortable property with some character and it felt warm, cosy and inviting during our stay in October. Well equipped with some welcoming touches to greet our arrival. The conservatory provided a useful extra sitting room on a fine day and we were impressed by the sizeable private garden. An excellent holiday cottage loved by the whole family!...
