Thoroughly enjoyable stay for a family of four including 2 teenagers and a dog. Great location, short walk to Seagrove and Priory Bays and the coastal path and well located for other attractions on the island. Highly recommend the community shop in Seaview and also the Old Fort for food, both a 15-20 min walk from the house. If you drive an EV there's a 50KW Instavolt about a 5 min drive away adjacent to a McDonalds....

A good house for multigenerational families particularly with some bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs and a good sized garden for children to play. Enjoyed having Priory bay beach in walking distance

Lovely stay at Garsden with 3 generations of family. House is spacious with plenty of seating indoor and out . Garden chairs were broken but new ones were delivered on our final day . Lots of board games/dvds and books avalible to use Location is brilliant, 10 minute walk downhill to seagrove bay beach with access thru to priory bay beach ....

Positives : great location with easy walk down to stunning beaches. Lots to do locally. Good dog friendly restaurants nearby. Liked Seaview Hotel (went twice), Seaview fort, Crab and Lobster in Bembridge, and Yarbridge inn. House bright and airy. Beds clean and comfortable. Good garden. Patio real sun trap with great outdoor furniture. Loads of crockery and cutlery. Negatives : could have been cleaner in some places (lack of detail mainly). Would not think size of kitchen and dining room would lend itself to a party of 8 adults though. Tight squeeze! Our party of 2 with dog would stay again ....
