The location is excellent - only minutes from both beach and village. The kitchen is well-equipped and has a large fridge freezer (important to know if you're booking a supermarket delivery!). There are 30+ steps up to the parking area, but there is a pick up point on more level ground. Our second stay at this property, and would happily come again....

The cottage probably offers more value for money for four adults and two small children (we didn't use the bunk-bed room at all), and, obviously, the proximity of a sandy beach would be particularly appealing in that case. But for us, it was over-priced and lacking in attention to detail....

The location of 30 Seaview Bay is ideal for the beach -only a minutes walk away, and the village centre is also very close by. There are several steps to access the property which might make it tricky for those with access requirements. The property also has a nice enclosed garden which is great with small children....
