Fantastic location, and great beach access. Always things to watch: tides, shipping, boating. Community shop excellent - 2 minutes walk. Lily's supplied good pizzas - even a gluten free one! Other residents of Starboard House friendly & helpful. Seating area and kitchen very good and well laid out, making the best of the space. Brilliant views across the Solent - even while washing up. The rocks on the beach are great for crabbing, and people were swimming from the beach 50m from the door. A great holiday place. ...

The car parking in front of garage four, there was so mush rubbish and junk around all four garages that I could not park as advertised. until the problem is resolved I could not recommend the property

The location was Amazing and The Old Fort restaurant offered exceptional food. Loved walking to Ryde during the day. Our time in this property was dampened by the constant load music and banging from the apartment underneath us. On Sunday the music started early afternoon and continued into the night and this was the same every night until we left. Friday night was exceptionally bad and my daughter couldn’t even get to sleep as her bed was vibrating! A much needed family break was ruined because of this and would demand a refund. Seaview is amazing and will definitely return but urge that in one else has the appalling experience we did as a family....

As discussed with the office on site, the flat is a 3rd floor flat an we encountered consistent issues with noise from both the ground floor (a party until 3am with music outside in the courtyard) followed by 3 nights of further significant noise from the 2nd floor flat - disturbing both adults and our children. Dreadful circumstances and if I had the energy, quite frankly, I'd be seeking a refund. Terrible accommodation from this perspective and ruined our holiday completely....

This is a super place to stay but it should be made clear that it’s a flat, up two flights of stairs. The photo in the catalogue makes it look as though the balcony is part of the rental but it isn’t. It would be possible to photograph the house from a different angle. Despite the list of dislikes being longer than that of the likes, this is a fabulous place to stay. Its situation is perfect, the flat is spacious and well cared for. I would be happy to stay here again....
