This is the view as you descend Cobb Road. The little gate is the access path to Cobb Cottage and the parking is just below. Turn right into the car park and the allocated space is at the end on the right.
The parking space for Cobb Cottage is located to the back far right of the car park (adjacent to the tree stump). The cottage is just above, accessed via a footpath.

This was the best cottage we’ve ever had in terms of location, just a short walk to the sandy beach. Perfect for kids of all ages. Very well equipped although the induction hob took a bit of getting used to! The parking space is quite tight for a large car - thank goodness for parking cameras/sensors! Our second car was parked in Holmbush car park at the top of the hill for a week for £50. ...

Excellent historic holiday cottage in a great location, so handy for the beach and the town. Lots of space inside and in the garden. The inclusion of a parking space is an asset in Lyme Regis.

This was our second visit to Cobb Cottage and we had a lovely 4 days as a family group of 8 adults and a small dog. The cottage is very comfortable and characterful with plenty of space to relax and the conservatory has a lovely view of the sea. The location is perfect, being just a short walk to the town and the beaches and the parking space (although a little tight!) is a bonus! Would recommend!...

A great location and property but needs better cleaning, a new sunshade and some cushions for the outside seats. It has excellent mattresses and kitchen equipment.
