Two courtyard areas either side of the dining-room provide a very tranquil spot.
The fully glazed terrace is a great place to watch the changing seascape, whatever the weather.

This is the view as you descend Cobb Road. The little gate is the access path to Cobb Cottage and the parking is just below. Turn right into the car park and the allocated space is at the end on the right.
The parking space for Cobb Cottage is located to the back far right of the car park (adjacent to the tree stump). The cottage is just above, accessed via a footpath.

Cobb Cottage provided the perfect spot in Lyme Regis to enjoy a multi generational holiday. With views over the Cobb and to the sweep of Lyme Bay the cottage (or more accurately two listed coastguards cottages which have been joined together to form a comfortable home) provides ample space both inside and out with separate relaxing and dining areas. Brilliantly equipped kitchen too. The upstairs bedrooms are comfy with two having glorious views past the rooftops to the Bay and beyond. The location is brilliant - just a stones throw from the harbour, Cobb and sandy beach with all the other amenities of Lyme just a short stroll away. The provided car parking space just below the cottage was an absolute necessity too. The glorious weather for our week made for the perfect epitome of the British seaside family holiday. Eating out tips both very close at hand are: Rockfish (seafood and fish), and Poco (pizza). The Wet Fish Shop is just paces away for delicious fish and seafood to be cooked at home, whilst the take out sandwich shop next door provides great sandwiches and salads for lunch on the beach. ...

Absolutely lovely property, immaculately clean, and so well located for the beach! The open fire in the main lounge was a real treat (as we stayed in winter). The house offers plenty of space to not be on top of each other, inc a lovely snug. Great kitchen, very well equipped. We stay in Lyme a few times a year, so can highly recommend the area and now this property. ...
