Great little cottage in a fantastic location. Lovely private garden - our dog was constantly tormented by squirrels coming over the roof from the shop garden and using the fence as a shortcut to the trees behind the house. The pub is great and the Cremyll and Barbican ferries provide quick and interesting routes to Plymouth. Also, the number 70 bus provides a scenic one and a half hour trip to Plymouth via Kingsand, Cawsand, Whitsands Bay and Torpoint. No need to use the car!...
