Great location and a well equipped kitchen. Was lovely to eat looking out the window while we had breakfast and seeing the sea! Very close to the Cremyll ferry which is great for a trip to royal William yard for a lovely meal.

Absolutely Perfect Stay! We had the most wonderful time at this beautiful holiday cottage. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless — the place was immaculately clean and so welcoming. The cottage is tastefully decorated, with every comfort you could possibly need, making it feel like a true home away from home. The bed is incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, and every little detail had clearly been thought through with care. The location is simply exquisite — peaceful and picturesque, yet perfectly placed for exploring the local area. Morning walks, stunning views, and a real sense of tranquility made our stay unforgettable. We can’t recommend this cottage highly enough. Comfortable, quirky, spotless cottage with fabulous views. Lots more room than usual for cottages for two. Husband loved the boot room, I loved the seating in garden. Super walking along coast path and in Mt Edgecumbe’s beautiful gardens . .

Beautiful cottage in gorgeous surrounding. I stayed a my daughter was getting married in Mount edgecomb. Easy access to various places to to the cremyll ferry and a lovely pub a few yards away which did the best carvery.
