A very comfortable stay in a superb location for walks, views and general local interest. Our favourite day has to be taking a stunning 90minute ride on the top deck of the no 70 bus that went via the coast road and the Torpoint ferry to Plymouth centre. A short walk took us to the harbour area where we had lunch then came home via the Royal William and Mt Edgcumbe ferry..... (and yes, the bus took bus passes! )...

Mattresses on all three beds were worn out and unsatisfactory. No bathroom mirror lights. Hob extractor fan and lighting did not work. Electric oven dated and needs replacing. Only one chopping board that is heat damaged on one side. Microwave oven is dated - cannot set the time accurately and is low power 700W. Very slow WiFi - cannot even watch BBC iPlayer. It's a lovely property but the owners need to be more proactive in checking everything works before tenants check-in....
