Sitting room 2, the perfect place to relax after a busy day.
Gather everyone in the dining area to chat about the day ahead.
The bathroom is beautifully designed with a bath and shower over.
Cosy Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed.
Pretty bedroom 2 with has a king-size double bed.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 are right next door to one another.
Bedroom 3 with twin beds, deal for either adults or children.
Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed and cute window seat.
The first floor shower-room, perfect for rinsing salty toes.

Stunning Porthcurnick beach is a short stroll away along the coast path.

St Mawes is a vibrant harbourside village with lots of places to eat and a seasonal passenger ferry to Falmouth.

We have been visiting Cornwall for over 25 years and most of those years we have stayed in Portscatho. Because of the Covid pandemic this years holiday was particularly special as it’s been 3 years since our last stay. We couldn’t have asked for better accommodation. Victoria House felt like home from the moment we arrived, the peace and tranquility of the garden and the view from the terrace is something special. We spent most of the week at the house enjoying the local walks we’ve missed so much. It was lovely returning to the house after a long walk and being able to relax in such a lovely environment was something we all appreciated. We have lots of happy memories from this holiday and we were all really sad to leave but we hope we can return next year if not sooner....

We had a wonderful week at Victoria House. The house is like home from home with everything you could need for a week away. It's been tastefully decorated and is in the most wonderful location. Couldn't have asked for more.

Victoria House is beautiful. It is very well located which we loved. Handy for Tattams for a coffee in the morning; the plume and feathers is a stone's throw away and all the while you enjoy fantastic views of Portscatho and Porthcurnick beaches from the house. It is very well equipped, lovely design throughout. We would stay there again without doubt....

Every detail of the house was fantastic. We loved lighting the open fires in the evening. It was extremely comfortable and the views and location were stunning. Thank you, we had a wonderful, relaxing holiday and would love to return.
