We had a lovely week here, the studio is perfectly situated. We feel we need to mention that we found the bed gave us both a bad back after a few days. Lovely little property just a little musty in places, which we realise can happen in older properties, we felt we needed to open windows and add a plug in air feshner to alleviate this, we were lucky with the weather but can imagine this may be worse in winter months. ...

A lovely, beautifully kept apartment. Everything you could possibly need was there. The kitchen was particularly well provisioned. Great to have some fresh milk in the fridge! And the apple juice and biscuits were a nice surprise. Beds were great. Towels also. The location is excellent too. St Mawes is a stunning place and The Studio is an ideal base to explore it from!...

Lovely cottage in a great location very near Tavern beach and a few minutes walk into town. Quiet, private patio. Well equipped cottage and deceptively spacious. Suited our family of 4 (2 early teen children) perfectly.
