Cute little place with excellent location. We could go straight to the beach in 2 minutes from the property, and the beach was so safe, sheltered and perfect for swimming. Issue with the oven was sorted quickly and efficiently. Thank you.

A lovely cottage in a perfect location set back from the front - we swam off Tavern Beach just minutes from the cottage and loved seeing the sea from the cosy sofa area. There is so much to do in the area - walks and ferry boats as well as delicious food only a walk away. Very relaxing place to visit in October....

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at The Studio and it truly didn't disappoint. The location is perfect for easy accessibility to St Mawes, and the overall feeling of the place is so welcoming and cosy. We would not hesitate to recommend!
