The studio is a lovely place to stay, easy access to all amenities shops, restaurants, pub’s etc…. just minutes away. Convenient ferry to Falmouth runs approx every 20 mins 7 days a week. No issue’s regarding parking, large car park weekly ticket’s available, very reasonable. Overall St Mawes is a lovely / friendly place to stay I would definitely recommend a stay at the Studio, I personally have stayed twice 2025 / 2026 ??...

The Studio is a magical place to stay. It's cosy and has a real holiday feel. The location is amazing , so close to the sea and fabulous restaurants and pubs to stroll to. The team at Classic Cottages are so helpful and if there are any issues, they are always more than happy to resolve matters. There's so much to do in St Mawes...it's a real treasure trove to explore!!!...

Cute little place with excellent location. We could go straight to the beach in 2 minutes from the property, and the beach was so safe, sheltered and perfect for swimming. Issue with the oven was sorted quickly and efficiently. Thank you.

Small studio very close to the beach, easy access to unpack / load the car. Lovely views from upstairs windows. Small kitchen suits one cook/ washer upper at a time.
