Tamarisk is our go to choice for staying in Portscatho , it’s conveniently situated between the village and Porthcurnick beach.

Our second stay at Tamarisk which we can't fault. Have been coming to Roseland for over 20 years and Portscatho has become a favourite destination. On the edge of the village but very close to the coast path for access this accommodation works really well for just the two of us but given 3 bedrooms would equally suit a small family. Very clean and well presented with a pleasant garden and seating area to the rear. Would not hesitate to stay again. ...

We had a wonderful stay at Tamerisk it is in a great location, fully equipped for a great stay. The rooms are light, spacious and have a good amount of storage. The morning view out of the front of the house over the sea is stunning! The owners have stocked the house with everything we needed an iron, hair dryer etc, the garden has furniture and is private and safe perfect for a young family. An easy walk into Portscatho for a trip to the beach or the boathouse. The on site parking was a godsend with the village being so busy. A few tweaks and it would be perfect....

House is in a lovely, quiet spot with views of the sea. 10 minute walk (if that!) into Portscatho. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need for a self-catering stay. Tastefully furnished house, gardens well-kept with areas to eat outside, weather permitting....

We very much enjoyed our week in Tamarisk and found the home to be clean & tidy throughout with lovely views and nice gardens to both front and back, the driveway for car parking was also very good. The location of the property allowed just a 5 minute walk to the village and harbour area and we found the Plume of Feathers, village shop and Boat House restaurant to be very good. We also enjoyed nice coast path walks towards St. Anthony Head to the South and Pendower Beach and beyond in the other direction and made use of the Hidden Hut cafe at Porthcurnick Beach on several occasions. We also made visits too to other local pubs in the surrounding villages for evening meals, all of which were very good for both quality and value. The nearby Curgurrell Farm shop was also very good, we used it at the beginning of our week to purchase the breakfast ingredients for our stay and once more the range and quality of the food available was excellent....
