Sunday House West

A wonderful place to stay, as a visitor to Portscatho and Gerrans for over 50yrs now I loved this converted church, it certainly had the wow factor!

We had amazing time, we have now stayed at Sunday House East and West and would definitely book again. A beautiful home, well appointed and in a great location. Thank you for a lovely, albeit wet, holiday!!!! We can’t wait to come back.

Lovely comfortable property in a fab location ideal for our family get together. The Roseland peninsula is a hidden treasure! The beaches at low tide were fantastic. The village shop sells almost everything & The Plume of Feathers served tasty food & had a great atmosphere. We hope to come back soon!...

Lovely place, close walking distance to the beach. If you have dogs the spiral staircases can be a pain especially if you have dogs that don’t do stairs like mine. The sun shines blindingly into the living room with no way to shade the big window unfortunately, we had to reposition the sofas to watch the tv. If you turn right as you leave property there is an alley way which will take you straight down to the coastal path which is easier on your legs instead of the steep roads. ...

This is a well positioned cottage with plenty of space to spread out both inside and outside. The log burner was lovely and cosy in the evenings. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were was nice with fluffy towels. All in all we enjoyed our stay and the property was good value. However the spiral staircase whilst pretty were not practical for us and sadly this would deter us from a further stay. The joys of getting older!!??...
