We had a great week staying in Harbour View. The house is very spacious and well equipped with amazing views across the bay. A quiet location but with all that Portscatho has to offer within easy walking distance.

Very cozy place to stay. Great sea views. Comfy furniture and working appliances all of recent vintage. Perfect distance from the village so parking is much less stressful than other parts of the village but it's easily walkable, even back after a night at the Harbour Club or Plume. Excellent storage for beach/kayaking gear in the garage, nice little garden leading down to the village path. Would recommend.

This is a wonderful home that offers everything you need to have a wonderful holiday. It is close to the village of Portscatho that offers an excellent pub and village stores. It is also an easy walk along the coastal path to The Hidden Hut that is well worth a visit to sample their excellent food.

A beautiful cottage with amazing views. The only problem is you will not want to leave!

A great property in a beautiful location, we had a fantastic stay at Harbour View. Good weather gave us the opportunity to take advantage of the balcony & soak up the view!

Very spacious cottage. Stunning views. Great walking straight from the house. Comfortable and clean. Everything needed for self catering. Good outside space sun morning to late evening.

A very spacious property in a great location with views out to sea. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac the parking is excellent and there was very little noise leading to a great night's sleep during our stay. Its a very short walk to Portscatho and the hill is not as bad as others have commented, especially via the footpath at the end of the road. Portscatho is a great location with the new take-away Pizza/Pasta place offering a great addition to the village pub, which serves great food, and the superb Hidden Hut. There are a number of great walks from the village, with a circular to St Just in Roseland and return via St Mawes and the Place Ferry being a particular highlight.

Wonderful Views. Comfortable. Parking. Well equipped.

This cottage is a lovely family getaway with fantastic views . Portcathsco is a beautiful village with amazing walks and a traditional family feel.

Thank you for a lovely week in Harbour View. We have been visiting Portschatho for 15 years and this is by far our favourite house rental so far. The house is fantastic, really well stocked and has the most incredible views for our morning cuppa! We really appreciated the welcome pack, and all the little extras like logs and kindling. Fabulous stay in a lovely home, thank you!

Fantastic place with everything we needed for our stay. A wonderfully stocked bookshelf and all the kitchen equipment we needed. Location was great and the house was very comfortable

An excellent property in a quiet and convenient location. Large and well equipped,

Looking tired in places, needs more thorough cleaning, especially in Covid times. However, overall a lovely house and views.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review and we're sorry to hear that you felt Harbour View was looking tired in places. It's obviously a very popular property which has had some busy seasons over the years but we do work closely with owners to try to ensure that reinvestment and refreshing happens regularly and we will pass on your feedback to them for their consideration. We'll also ask the housekeeping team to pay particular arttention to the areas that you have outlined to us in your questionniare - we're sorry for any oversights on this occassion. Simply, this is not a holiday home it is a home! The standard of accommodation is second to none and made our stay so relaxing and comfortable. Add to this a garage and a driveway for parking and it is pretty well perfect. The view to the rear of the house is stunning and when you add on sunshine for most of the day over the rear gardens you can't ask for any more. The village of Portscatho is also well provided for with excellent general store, butchers and pub. The only downside to the pub is that you have to walk up a hill known locally as Heart Attack Hill to get back to the house. Mind you, it does burn off a few calories. A walk along the coastal path takes you to The Hidden Hut, which is well worth a visit. Terrific property that is well worth visiting, but please leave a week or two for us.

Wonderful house in an amazing place with breathtaking views. Looking forward to our next visit.

a well located holiday cottage in the pretty friendly fishing village of Portscatho with lovely sea views and easy access to the beach and fabulous coastal walks

Wonderful place for a holiday with special views and no need to use the car.

Very comfortable and easy to live with property, everything you would need for a relaxing holiday.

The most enjoyable stay we've had in the U.K. for very many years. This is our favourite area and if the weather was always like this I would not get on a plane again.

Spacious, well equipped and lots of nice garden furniture on decking to sit and admire the brilliant view of Gerrans Bay. Lots of extras to use in garage. Stayed there twice and hoping to book a third visit.

Nice house in a good location with an easy walk to the village shop and pub. The balcony has lovely views of the harbour and is well supplied with table, chairs, sun loungers etc. The house has good sized rooms, modern furniture and a well equipped kitchen and we really enjoyed our stay there.

Very good and convenient location.

Yet another excellent property

Great location for exploring the Roseland Peninsular. Superb views from the very spacious terrace.

Great cottage with views across the bay. New smart TV is a bonus.

The beautiful view of Gerrans Bay and watching sunrise from the bedroom.

Harbour View is an excellent base for exploring the Roseland Peninsula.

we have used classic cottages twice now for our yearly breaks in Portscatho and have never been disappointed,

This is a lovely, spacious and well appointed three bedroomed property in a great location.

Great house with views towards Gull Rock and over the village. Very warm and wood burner was wonderful.

This is a lovely modern house in a great location and must has one of the best views in Portscatho !

Lovely, well equipped property with fantastic sea view.

A beautiful calm home away from home with the amazing views from the deck and bedrooms.

Good sized property in a beautiful part of Cornwall, which is situated in a quiet area with good views overlooking the bay. Portscatho has a excellent local pub which serves first-class food and has a lovely atmosphere. There are good beaches within easy reach, various walks on the Coastal Path and in the countryside and several pubs serving excellent food all within 15 minutes in the car.

Idilic well equipped property in the beautiful Cornish Roseland.

A lovely house with superb views.

Exceeded our expectations. All facilities of a very high standard. View from rear of property stunning.
