Portloe is a fabulous place from which to explore the Roseland Peninsula and further field in Cornwall. It boasts some fabulous beaches and gardens. I have been coming to Portloe for over 50 years and have stayed in various This is the first time I have stayed at Dolphin cottage and it compares well with other cottages I have stayed in. It is well and comfortably equipped: a perfect place for up to four people. Any problems were dealt with swiftly and efficiently by Classic Cottages who were available 24/7. Comfortable, well equipped cottage. Lovely gardens with views over the sea. Beautiful coast paths in both directions from Portloe. We've visited 4 times so far, and look forward to your 5th!

The Hidden Hut overlooking Porthcurnick Beach was a particular lunch favourite not to be missed. We were unfamiliar with the Roseland Peninsula and this is a great base from which to explore some fine beaches, Trelissick gardens, the Eden Project and the coastal path located close to the cottage. We were blessed with sunshine and spent each late afternoon at the base of the garden with a glass of wine and a sea view. It was a wonderful week. ...

We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay at Dolphin Cottage if you need to unwind this is the place to do it. But if you want to explore the area there are lots of beaches, walks, towns and villages within easy reach.
