Fabulous location with beautiful beaches, amenities and coastal path on the doorstep/a short walk away. We have been visiting the Roseland and Portscatho for a number of years now and loved staying in Rosevine and at this property, which was super comfortable, spacious and clean and had everything we needed for our family mini break. We did venture out in the car but you really don't need to. Oh and if you're not convinced yet, the fabulous Hidden Hut is also just a 3 minute walk. ...

The cottage is in an excellent location with outstanding sea views and a lovely beach close by. Very convenient for the coast path. The cottage is cosy and well equipped and we had a wonderful holiday.

We enjoyed our stay at this well equipped cottage, with its big garden and great sea views. We loved its location as it’s so close to the cliff paths and Portscatho, with its shop and good eateries. If you like walking, you don’t really need the car, as there’s lots to explore locally, and you can get the bus from Portscatho into St Mawes and Truro. It is the first time we have visited the Roseland peninsula and we loved it. There is so much to see, beautiful gardens, National Trust properties close by, ferries to Falmouth and beyond from St Mawes. We wished we booked two weeks! We forgave the fact that the bathroom is a little tired, and the pipes rattled a bit. Overall, the cottage is a great base to explore a very beautiful area. ...
