This was the perfect house for our family to have a short winter break. Great location in St Mawes and only a short distance to the sea. The house was really comfy, clean, warm and well equipped. Lots of personal touches in the house which make it feel very welcoming. The teenagers loved the table tennis in the garage. St Mawes is ideal for a winter break - great walks from the front door, beautiful beach for cold water swimming, good pubs for a drink, great chip shop and a well stocked coop. Lovely clean and comfy house. Didn’t want for anything. Lovely views. Parking. Has to be said the walk back up to the house for 70+ years is challenging, but for my grandchildren they could run up it! What would have been really helpful for us would have been a EV charging point, that’s not a complaint just a suggestion for the future....
