We loved our week at Reskivers Cottage. It is so perfectly situated close to the most lovely coastal walks and sandy beaches on the Roseland Peninsula, but also with just a half hour trip to the northern surfing beaches. The Cottage was wonderfully comfortable and I've never known a holiday cottage kitchen to be so well equipped. The garden is large, very pretty and secure and there are plenty of games outside and inside although, as we had brilliant sunshine, we were mainly on the beaches during the days. A really super Cornish holiday and we will definitely return....

Reskivers Cottage really was a true home from home and had absolutely everything we could have needed. The working Aga was a great touch and added real character, although with 20°C+ temperatures in September, we had to turn it off after a couple of days as the house was a little too warm for use. The additional cooking facilities were also great and worked really well for us. The garden and patio are a real sun trap & perfect for sitting out with breakfast or a drink and enjoying the peace and quiet. The location is great too, peaceful and close to plenty of places to explore with some stunning beaches nearby. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend Reskivers Cottage. We’d certainly come back!...

Beautiful cozy and spacious cottage with a gorgeous secure private garden. Beds were clean and comfortable. Husband loved cooking on the aga.

For the half term holidays, we came to Reskivers from France for a week with five children! The accommodation was very comfortable and functional for our large family. We enjoyed the outdoor games, including croquet, and the indoor games provided. We also took advantage of the cottage's ideal location in the heart of Cornwall to explore several sites in the region, whether to the north (Camel Trail cycle path), to the east (Lost Gardens of Heligan), to the south (St Mawes), or to the west (Land's End, St Michael's Mount, Geevor Tin Mines). We returned delighted with our stay and the discovery of the region's rich cultural heritage. Thank you to Anne and to Classic Cottages. ...

It was simply an excellent cottage in every sense and ideally situated for access to beaches, river trips and a host of attractive places to visit.
