Mrs Maynard July 2023

This was our fifth time at North Parade Cottage. The cottage was spotless and full of charm. Really cosy. A lovely Welcome Pack with eggs, butter, biscuits and coffee waiting for us on our arrival. We absolutely love Portscatho. The usual gems like Tatams for coffee and cakes, Hidden Hut, the lovely Boathouse Restaurant, Plume of Feathers. We loved the locals walks and just sitting above the harbour every night, eating ice creams and looking at the Sea. A truly magical place. Thank you!...

We really enjoyed our stay at 1 North Parade. Portscatho is a lovely place with everything on your doorstep. The cottage is the perfect bolt hole for a wonderful and relaxing stay.

Deceptively spacious, boutique cottage for 2. Tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. A step away from the sea, coffee shop, local shop and a fantastic pub and the hidden hut. Beautiful walking on the SW coastal path within 100 yards. Easy parking close by. Perfect for a peaceful break for 2....

A beautiful cottage in an excellent location. It has everything you need.

The Bedroom is located right outside the area where patrons smoke and leave the Harbour club and therefore it was extremely loud both during the night and at 1-2am when the club was closing over the weekend. There is also zero privacy as both the bedroom and living room are overlooked by this area Considering that this property cost £400+ for 3 nights (in the winter season) I would not expect this level of disruption as it kept both me and my partner up on every night we were there, ruining totally our getaway. ...

We were so sorry to read your comments - it's such a shame that your stay in this beautiful property was disturbed. The social club is generally quieter this time of year so we're sorry if it was unusually busy during your stay. We're pleased that you enjoyed the house overall. Julie, Customer Support ...
