We had a great holiday at Eeyore cottage. Everything was as described and it felt like home. Having two en-suites and main bathroom was a massive bonus. The broadband worked perfectly during our stay (3 kids on laptops and phones). The location is great and very quiet. We generally used School Road to get to and from the cottage; we only met one car in the week we were there. Sainsbury’s and Lidl in Dartmouth are only 10 mins away. The Green Dragon in Stoke Fleming is the nearest pub and serves nice food including some GF options. Blackpool Sands can be walked to in 15 minutes along the road (there is no footpath but the road is pretty quiet). It’s nice to find a holiday home of this standard with an historic feel but with modern facilities....

Lovely cottage, well equipped and very well presented. Probably the best mix of “lost wonderfully deep in the countryside” but still easily accessible for both the beach and a bustling local town, that we have ever come across. A very happy and memorable week....

This is a lovely cottage in a quiet location but only a mile from Blackpool Sands (though the narrow lanes are a bit of a strain).
