This was our second stay at this apartment as it is a fabulous, quiet location with great views and just a short and very beautiful stroll into St Ives . The apartment has been furnished to a very high standard and done in a thoughtful way. We found the organisation and information and customer service to be excellent. This apartment is gorgeous - very luxurious and modern with patio doors providing access to patio from bedroom and living area; it was lovely to hear the sea as you wake in the morning. There was a lovely welcome package. Parking is great and there is lift access should you need it. There is a winding pathway from the garden area which takes you down to Porthminster beach and cafe - it's about a 10 minute walk down this path, and a 30 minute walk back due to its steepness. To get to St. Ives you can continue walking across the beach to the harbour which is really nice, especially wading through the incoming tide in parts. This walk is about 25 minutes. This was our second visit to St. Ives and we found it was a little too busy for us this time. (Couple in mid 50s). ...

Excellent property to stay in to visit St Ives and not having to use the car, as beaches, the coastal path, bars and restaurants all within walking distance (albeit steep). The terrace and garden were absolutely lovely. We would throughly recommend this property for a lovely holiday. ...
