Lovely house in a stunning location - a perfect get-away and chance to unwind. Having excellent accessibility facilities provided mum with easy movement throughout the ground floor including the outside eating area and outside. The dogs loved the enclosed garden and surrounding walks. The kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms, each with an en suite, were very comfortable. A hidden gem for nature lovers. We loved the location and tranquility of Beech Cottage deep in the Dorset countryside, the silence broken only by an amazing variety of birdsong. The property had everything we needed for our comfort without any unnecessary frills and we would certainly consider returning....

The house is a get away from it all sort of place, very little traffic and really quite, lots of bird life and different owls were heard

We loved staying in Beech Cottage and found it very comfortable and well equipped. It was great to have the Dorset Wildlife Trust visitor centre and cafe nearby and the children loved exploring the wildlife garden and playing in the mud kitchen. We also booked up a Nature Tots activity session which was fun and we loved all the local walks. It’s a beautiful area and we hope to come back another time....
