A beautiful little property, well appointed and spotlessly clean, with fantastic views over the village. The owners are very kind, helpful and keen to ensure that their guests have a lovely stay, but they are not at all intrusive. Boscastle itself is a special place and there are many lovely places to explore nearby. We would not hesitate to recommend Littlecott and indeed hope that we will be able to return very soon. ...

Wonderful welcome from Kate and a beautiful welcome pack very gratefully received. The first thing you see is the absolutely amazing view from the decked area and the lounge windows. We didn’t meet Ian but spoke to him after we came home as we left something behind. Couldn’t have been more helpful. Had a wonderful week long stay (unfortunately cut short by a day due to illness). Everything was just as the other reviews say - stunning! Short walk into Boscastle which is very pretty and yes the hill back up is quite steep but I’m retired and have two hip replacements but didn’t find it too difficult. Just take it slowly - you’re on holiday! Lots of lovely places visited during our stay but probably our favourite was Heartland Abbey. Looking forward to returning to Littlecott in the not too distant future. ...

Our first stay at Littlecott and it lived up to expectations. Kate & Ian were very welcoming but unobtrusive. It’s a well equipped cottage with lovely views from both the decking area and the windows in the lounge. The parking space allows you to take a 5 min stroll down into Boscastle (10 mins + coming back up the hill). Would recommend staying here as we intend to do the same again....

Lovely little cottage just for two, with everything that we needed. Spotlessly clean and with lovely views over the valley. Would return to Littlecott if we came to Boscastle again.
