July 2018

We very much enjoyed our lovely stay at Littlecott. For us it was a perfect location for great walks on the coast path and we loved the small private patio with a great view. Many thanks to Kate and Ian for the very nice welcome and the well equipped and clean cottage.

July 2018

Littlecott is a lovely comfortable place to stay and more than lives up to its description and expectations.

June 2018

Hosts Ian and Kate were very welcoming. We would have no hesitation in booking again.

April 2018

A truly lovely and cosy cottage. Well equipped, beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. A genuinely warm welcome from owners Kate and Ian who also provided much appreciated milk, coffee, tea and the most fabulous cookies on our arrival. The cottage has excellent access to the nearby coastal path and is only a short walk to the centre of Boscastle.

November 2017

lovely location, with the feel of a little bit of life. Even down to hearing the school children singing in the morning! very sweet. lovely cottage, couldn't ask for more. just what was needed to recharge the batteries!

July 2017

Kate and Ian have made Littlecot very warm and welcoming and the kitchen was equipped to a very high standard. It was very clean and tidy - the towels were especially fluffy and sweet smelling! Perfect location. We could not fault this property and would thoroughly recommend the area. Literally just out the back of the property was the coastal path. Ideal walking area.

July 2017

Littlecott is a lovely place to stay and lives up to its photographs and description. Very comfortable all round and a beautiful view from the private decking area. Very welcoming hosts, with a much enjoyed welcome pack of bread, butter, milk & biscuits - and even a pretty vase of flowers on the kitchen table. Highly recommended!

July 2017

We had a wonderful week at Littlecott. Ian and Kate could not have been more hospitable. The property was immaculately clean and very comfortable. It is also brilliantly situated, only a few minutes walk to the coastal path and a short walk into the village for shopping and eating. I would add that although the cottage looks small, it really does have everything that two people need for a week. Boscastle is very pretty but has the feel of a real community, not just a tourist destination. There is a choice of good places to eat, and fabulous food available from the farm shop.

July 2017

A lovely place for a relaxing break. The owners were very friendly , and the lovely treats were delicious for our arrival. The armchairs were comfy and we slept well. We did lots of walking on the sunny days and drove, used local transport on the wet ones. (only a couple!) The village is gorgeous and all pubs and shops were worth a visit. We highly recommend Littlecott for one or two people. Thank you.

June 2017

If the cottage stays at this high level,it should have plenty of guests As a disabled traveler I was more than happy with the property and the lovely friendly owners

May 2017

Ideal for walking without taking the car, fabulous views from the decking.

May 2017

A lovely welcome from the owners who couldn't have been more thoughtful for our comfort. It was our second time at the property and we will be back.

April 2017

Lovely compact property with views over Boscastle. In a quiet position just what we were looking for.

March 2017

We would highly recommend, & you will become well fit walking up the hill to get to the cottage

September 2016

This is a lovely comforable cottage and the owners could not be more helpful.

May 2016

Excellent small cottage lived up to its name although it was ample for two people. Kate and Ian were very kind and welcoming. The cottage is in a lovely quiet spot with beautiful walks we were not disappointed. Boscastle is a lovely Cornish village busy at times but plenty of lovely restaurants. We will definitely return one day.

September 2015

Lovely views from lounge & deck & ideally located to explore North Cornwall. Boscastle has good amenities & the cottage has great walks from its door. Everything you need is provided for a comfortable stay. Would certainly stay here again.

July 2015

Very nice and friendly hosts. Very Short Walk to Forrabury church with brillant view.

July 2015

We have had a lovely week at Littlecott. The location was ideal with lots of good walking in the area at times quite challenging. The owners property was next door and they were very welcoming. We will definitely be back

June 2015

The surrounding is very calm and silent, good for recreation. The village of boscastle is a good start for wonderful walks on the south-west coastpath.

March 2015

Extremely well equipped, and very clean (not just two of everything- so using dish-washer was feasible) car parking right outside (not on road) owners very helpful - supplied us with milk bread tea coffee juice butter etc. and nicest of all vase of fresh flowers just right for two and very warm and toasty

February 2015

We would definitely like to stay at Littlecott again.

December 2014

The cottage is bijoux, but very warm and comfortable. The view over Boscastle is a delight and the patio area very nice and private. Everything you could want was provided. We were especially grateful for the bread, milk, etc for breakfast as we were late arriving.

We would be happy to recommend this property.
