Kate and Ian have made Littlecot very warm and welcoming and the kitchen was equipped to a very high standard. It was very clean and tidy - the towels were especially fluffy and sweet smelling! Perfect location. We could not fault this property and would thoroughly recommend the area. Literally just out the back of the property was the coastal path. Ideal walking area. ...

We had a wonderful week at Littlecott. Ian and Kate could not have been more hospitable. The property was immaculately clean and very comfortable. It is also brilliantly situated, only a few minutes walk to the coastal path and a short walk into the village for shopping and eating. I would add that although the cottage looks small, it really does have everything that two people need for a week. Boscastle is very pretty but has the feel of a real community, not just a tourist destination. There is a choice of good places to eat, and fabulous food available from the farm shop. ...
