Sturthill Stable is a lovely barn conversion on a working farm in the most beautiful Dorset countryside, just a few miles inland from The Jurassic Coast (please note that dairy operations will cease at the farm on 24 March 2025).

Calming tones in the main bedroom will help you to switch off.

The en-suite shower room is modern and bright.
Up a few steps from the patio is a private lawned area for your use. (Please note it is not enclosed).
The rear of Sturthill Stable where you will park up and walk across the bridge that runs over a little stream, idyllic!
The sound of water is so soothing.
The tennis court is a real bonus.

The thriving town of Bridport is a short distance away. Be sure to visit on market day.
Climb to the top of Colmer's Hill - we promise the view is worth it!
Sandy beaches stretch out at Lyme Regis.

We enjoyed our stay. The cottage was nicely located in a quiet environment and close to the coast. We visited Lyme Regis, Weymouth and West Bay on the warm days during our stay. Also nice options to visit on warm days are Abbotsbury Subtropical Gardens and Chesil Beach....

The surrounding counyryside is beautiful, good for walking and swimming at lovely beaches like Eype. We loved Bridport, especially the market on Saturday. A day at Symondsbury was a highlight.
