This cottage was very spacious with a large kitchen with plenty of space for family gatherings and much space for storage of food. The sitting room was very comfortable and a break out room for peace and quiet or for playing games etc. Bedrooms and bathrooms were nicely presented. Perfect spot for fabulous beaches / countryside and towns to explore. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly....

We found Sturthill Stable to be a fabulous place to stay, and perfectly located for the contunuation of my charity walk along the South West Coastal Path. This beautifully furnished, well equipped and spacious cottage, was comfortable, spotlessly clean, light and airy. Coupled with Jo's great attention to detail, we found that we wanted for nothing during our stay. The owners live onsite and strike the most perfect balance between being on hand, should there be anything you need, whilst respecting your privacy. The welcome pack was a lovely addition and much appreciated. Walking from Seatown to Weymouth we enjoyed the beauty and diversity of the coastal path, occassionally tempted by a short detours. Abbotsbury particularly stood out as a truely delightful place to visit, with its lovely historical bui;dings and has become a memorable part of my epic adventure....

This was one of the most well equipped, immaculately clean, spacious cottages I've stayed in. The tennis court and large lawned area next to it were a great bonus. Only 15 minutes drive from Hive Beach and 10 minutes from Bridport it was a great base to explore the area. ...

We had a fabulous stay - such a wonderful and peaceful sanctuary to return to each day. Great location with a choice of beautiful beaches, towns and tasty food options a short drive away. Very spacious holiday home, very large kitchen with large dining table. Beautiful living room and cosy games room. Quiet location and only a short drive to the A35 motorway. Nice central point for the Jurassic Coast. Very friendly and helpful hosts.
