Absolutely gorgeous property, comfy and beautifully and stylishly decorated. Pretty location with fabulous views and sheep that come right up to the property. Warm welcome from the owner Gavin. Lovely to arrive to freshly homemade scones, clotted cream and jam plus home baked bread - a real treat. Spotlessly clean with everything you could need, kitchen well-equipped. This was our 5th holiday at Bolankan Farm - 3rd in Bolankan Barn. To be honest, I'm struggling a little with something new to say. So: The welcome - as warm as ever. The cream tea, bread and eggs - all gratefully received (and delicious). The cottage - spotless (as you'd expect). The location - still great for all parts of the county with both north and south coast less than 20 minutes away. I know, I timed it from Praa sands and Godrevy. Even the weather was mostly good. What I can say is that Nicky and Gavin read the reviews left by guests and take on board the comments. We've noticed a couple of small changes since our 1st stay to make it even more perfect. ...
