The pond is in front of the cottage - you can watch the antics of the resident ducks and see what other birds you can spot.
If you need to switch off - this is the place to do it.
If you are very lucky (and very quiet) you may spot the resident Kingfisher!
The bedroom is filled with warm touches to make you feel welcome and at home.
Open up the French windows and just listen to the bird song here.

There is a kitchen tucked into one corner of the open plan living space. Please note, the gas hob was replaced with an induction hob in May 2024 (new photos available soon).

We had a wonderful Christmas stay at Dieppy. The owners Annie and Bruno are delightful, and we greatly appreciated all the kind Christmas additions left for us. We were very warm, cosy and comfortable. The owners are there if you need them, but in no way intrusive. It is a good base to explore from, and yet it is a delightful place to just relax in. Plenty of bird life to watch from indoors, even in December. We arrived in daylight after a long journey, and were glad that on our first visit it was still light. It could be difficult to find otherwise after dark. We hope to visit again. A very special place overall....

Annie & Bruno made us feel very welcome, we loved the thoughtful finishing touches like the beautiful vase of flowers from the garden and the delicious cream team. We were looking forward to spending time in the garden and it was even better than we had expected. We enjoyed hot sunshine all the time we were there and there were plenty of places to relax in the sun but also lots of places to relax enjoying the shade from the trees, listening to the water and the birds, watching the abundent wildlife around the pond. We loved driving around the beautiful contryside, it is absolutely stunning! We have an all electric car and had no problem chargng it on rapid chargers in nearby villages. We found lovely places to eat out and when we drove home in the dark we had to stop more than once as an Owl was eating on the narrow lane, it was wonderful to watch as it looked straight at us then elegantly open its huge wings to fly away. Just a wonderful relaxing holiday in a gorgeous cottage, providing everything we needed....
