The pond is in front of the cottage - you can watch the antics of the resident ducks and see what other birds you can spot.
If you need to switch off - this is the place to do it.
If you are very lucky (and very quiet) you may spot the resident Kingfisher!
The bedroom is filled with warm touches to make you feel welcome and at home.
Open up the French windows and just listen to the bird song here.

There is a kitchen tucked into one corner of the open plan living space. Please note, the gas hob was replaced with an induction hob in May 2024 (new photos available soon).

We had a lovely break at the Cottage - the kitchen has more equipment than my own!!! Annie and Bruno are lovely hosts and the warm scones/jam/cream to die for. All the little touches around the cottage were lovely, fresh flowers, basket of logs etc. We really enjoyed watching the ducks on the pond and feeding them, we also have the pleasure of seeing the lambs in the next field and watching them play. This is a charming, comfortable and well equipped property in a peaceful location with lovely walks nearby. It’s a relaxing spot but with lots to do and see in the wider area - we and our dachshund enjoyed our stay very much!

Warm welcome by the owner with warm scones, jam and clotted cream. The cottage was immaculately clean and spacious enough for the 2 of us with our dog. It is a nice, typical English house. Garden with the ducks. Very nice owner. Very warm welcome with cream tea.
