Annie & Bruno made us feel very welcome, we loved the thoughtful finishing touches like the beautiful vase of flowers from the garden and the delicious cream team. We were looking forward to spending time in the garden and it was even better than we had expected. We enjoyed hot sunshine all the time we were there and there were plenty of places to relax in the sun but also lots of places to relax enjoying the shade from the trees, listening to the water and the birds, watching the abundent wildlife around the pond. We loved driving around the beautiful contryside, it is absolutely stunning! We have an all electric car and had no problem chargng it on rapid chargers in nearby villages. We found lovely places to eat out and when we drove home in the dark we had to stop more than once as an Owl was eating on the narrow lane, it was wonderful to watch as it looked straight at us then elegantly open its huge wings to fly away. Just a wonderful relaxing holiday in a gorgeous cottage, providing everything we needed....

A very quaint comfortable cottage within a beautiful setting including a pond, stream with a water wheel enhancing the view. The hosts were excellent and made us very welcome with many suggestions for places to visit and explore.

We would recommend this lovely cottage to anyone wanting a relaxing break in a comfortable cottage with characterful features. The added bonus is that it is a pet friendly cottage. There are plenty of good walsk and drives in the area.
