St Michael's Mount is visible from the terrace although this is not the actual view.
Perranuthnoe beach, seen here at low tide, is just a short drive or stomp across fields from the cottage.

The property exceeded our expectations. The kitchen had everything we needed and was so comfortable sitting in he conservatory with the views - very spacious property The location was perfect and the area was quiet. The views were wonderful. A good base to travel to other locations and also a 15 minute walk to the local beach, (turn right out of property and follow the road to the end and then the public footpath). Short drive to the Lizard and you could walk along the coast path to Kynance Cove - just remember you have to walk back again! We enjoyed a trip to St Ives and used the car park at St Erth's railway station and then 10 minutes on the train....

Blue Seas was a joy to stay in - the magnificent view, the cleanliness of the cottage - superb, such a comfortable bed and a very well equipped kitchen and oh that view. Surprise surprise we will be re-booking for next year.

Our first stay at Blue Seas. A lovely house in a quiet location with fabulous views. We all slept well in the comfortable beds, the kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of walks on the doorstep. We will never tire of that amazing view, watching the changing weather and boats at sea....

Lovely house with amazing views and great location - short walk to village with beach, cafe and great pub. Easy access to coast path and short drive to Penzance.
