We had an absolutely fabulous time. The property is super, very well equipped, clean and comfortable. It is perfectly situated for exploring Cornwall.

There are brilliant local cafe's for breakfast, lunch, morning coffee, afternoon tea a 10 minute stroll away down the cliff path and a super fish and chip shop for a quick evening meal in the next village. Highly recommend Kota in Porthleven for a special meal. If you are coffee geeks, as we are, you can get a great cup (and pastries) at the Origins Roastery again in Porthleven and further afield at The Lands End Coffee Company (a roastery in converted shipping container). We were lucky to be able to go out of season so nowhere was too crowded.

We spent most of our time walking on the beaches so I don't have any recommendations for things to do. The two places we did go were somewhat disappointing. I wouldn't particularly recommend Geevor Tin Mine or Tremenheere Sculpture Gardens. This is possibly slightly unfair as they have obviously taken huge financial hits because of Covid and are struggling to recover.

The view is everything - it is SIMPLY STUNNING.

Great location, with a panoramic view of Mounts bay and St Michael's Mount, with easy access to footpaths, including the SW Coast Path.

Our 2nd visit to this wonderful property. I'd like to live here!

A proper gem of a property.

For us this was a perfect place. Good house, great views, peaceful patio, model village pub half a mile away, uncrowded beach with great cafe. After a day in crowded tourist attractions it was a relief to get back. We frequently congratulated the owners on their choice of location, and on their attention to detail and good taste. We would happily come back.

Fabulous property. Very well equipped. Location superb. Liked - Views. Comfortable beds. Well equipped. Tranquility. Views.

Overall a comfortable cottage with an amazing view from a lovely sunroom.

This is a comfortable house in a great location. Fantastic views of St Michael's Mount from the decking and all the sea facing rooms. The conservatory is comfortable with a big sofa and great views. The kitchen is well equipped. The house is in a quiet lane, with fabulous coastal walks from the house, and lots of places to visit within easy distance by car. There is a great fish and chip shop just up the road by the turn off to Prussia Cove (which is a wonderful place to go for a walk). I would gladly recommend this house to my friends and would be happy to return.

The cottage is simply perfect; perfect location, perfect views, perfect facilities and we look forward to returning.

I would call this cottage a retreat, it is in the most perfect location, in fact I would say that it is the best Classic Cottage we've stayed in to date, & i've stayed in a few over the years in Cornwall. The view is spectacular, we turned the settee around in the lounge so we could stare out to sea. Even when a storm came in it was lovely to watch. The cottage is so well equipped, it is large & spacious, the beds are comfy, & the decking is large with plenty of room to eat out. The walk across the fields to the village only takes 10 minutes, we couldn't see a thing in the dark on the way back, so just as well we had our phone or a torch, all good fun apart from the slugs on the path we found we were stepping on, yuk. There are two very good local cafes & a very friendly pub with good food. Cliff walks can be accessed from the front door, East to Praa Sands & West to Marazion. We will definitely be back again.

Stunning location with a fantastic outlook over St Michael’s Mount and great to be able to walk to a fantastic, clean and spectacular beach

We loved the location of this house - the views were beautiful! We also enjoyed the fact that we could walk to the local village pub and beach. The coastal path is on your door step and we enjoyed a walk to St Michael's Mount as well as Praa Beach in the other direction. Next time we will book in Summer to enjoy the outside area. We would recommend this house, it was clean and comfortable and if you love walking it's the perfect spot. We also enjoyed having an organic farm shop close by and didn't need to go to the supermarket once!

We’ve stayed at Blue Seas a few times now and it was as good as ever. Just like coming home.

What a view! Lovely , spacious cottage . Well located and comfortable.

Choose this cottage if you love sea views, it's stunning. Very good for visiting St. Ives, Sennen and the beautiful far west of Cornwall.

a very clean cottage with wonderful views and a perfect location

We had a Wonderful stay at Blue Seas and Cornwall. Many thanks to Team from Classic Cottages. Kind regards, Christine and Family

We had a wonderful week in what we regard as the most exciting part of Cornwall, in easy reach of both north and south coasts. Would consider staying again.

Blue Seas is a lovely cottage in a beautiful position. Views are exceptional. Right on the coastal path so easy to walk into Perranuthnoe in about fifteen minutes and a longer walk to Marazion in about one hour. I would recommend this cottage for a relaxing holiday and would not hesitate to book it again.

Super location and wonderfully equipped cottage

Absolutely fabulous in every way

Blue Seas is a comfortable property in a peaceful location. We enjoyed sitting in the conservatory admiring the stunning sea views across to St Michaels Mount and around the bay to Newlyn and Mousehole.

Blue Seas was an excellent base from which to explore Cornwall. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book again.

A wonderful comfortable home from home with an incredible view

A beautiful property, very bright and also very cosy with plenty of space. The views are fabulous! Well situated for travelling all around the Far West of Cornwall and The Lizard. We would definitely return.

A delightful property in a splendid location.

Great cottage for someone with mobility issues (other than the deck stairs to the grass). Very light and airy.

A well equipped and comfortable property with superb coastal views.

The view is stunning and if your lucky enough to see the sunset they are second to none. Peaceful location and lovely, cosy warm house with great heating system. On sunny days this house is situated to make the most of the sun on the large decking area from ten a.m until dusk. Some lovely coastal walks from the doorstep.

Fabulous location with stunning views.

From the front the cottage doesn't really look that great. But who cares. The view from the deck awesome. We had a great time.

A lovely house with stunning views. Excellent location.

It was the holiday cottage of our dreams - wonderful light modern house, fantastic sea views, comfortable, well-equipped, as much heating and hot water as you could want, and immaculately clean.

Blue Seas was all we wished it would be. Clean, comfortable - and most of all relaxing. The sea views are better than the photos. It was heaven. Thanks, Classic Cottages. We will be back.

wonderful relaxing place to holiday, you cannot beat the views, we just spent hours looking at the view,

We'd stay there again!

Surely, the best views in this part of West Cornwall.

We had a wonderful week and would come again any time

Lovely house, comes equipped with everything you could possibly want, brilliant location and stunning views.

I would really recommend this cottage because it is superb in home comforts, furnishings, utilities, location, views and amenities near by. We really couldn't have had a better holiday and will be back next year for definite.

Spacious, light, airy cottage with magnificent views over the bay and plenty of space. Comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen with all the mod cons needed to make our stay a 'restful' one. The Caretakers (Jan and Bernard) were very friendly and prompt to react to our queries.

It was our 10th time in Cornwall and we never had a house with such a great view and such a cosy, but also bright and airy atmosphere. There was enough space for 4-5. I enjoyed the open plan living in kitchen with dining room and also in the reception rooms. It was near to all main attractions and only a short way for the main route A394 to the house, but absolutely quiet. We spent a great day out with flying Skybus from Lands End to St. Marys and then went to Tresco to visit Abbey Garden and enjoyed the island life. I would like to come back in a heartbeat.

Cosy and comfortably House with a fantastic view that you can enjoy from nearly every room. Enough Space and superb equipment for a party of seven.

We didn't expect the view to be so good - it is fantastic! The house is situated in a very small peaceful village. The neighbor to the right is still building, but with hardly any disturbance. The equipment of the house is good. We have missed only a few lounger chairs for sunbathing! As a base for exploring the south-west highly recommended! An attraction was the brooding seagull on the roof of the left neighbor. A tip: go by car to St.Ives and in Sat Nav put shortest distance - you drive to incredible places!

We had a great holiday at Blue Seas and enjoyed every day. Priska + Dietmar, Switzerland

Fantastic position, comfy beds, plenty of kitchen equipment. Would definitely return.

This cottage is like it is shown on the pictures. Absolutely stunning view, very clean. We had a fantastic stay there, and hope to stay there again soon.

Beautiful cottage, would definitely recommend a holiday at blueseas. It has everything you could want, full amenities and a gorgeous view to wake up to everyday.

Wonderful property, stunning location with fabulous views. A sociable holiday accommodation, ideal for family gatherings.

Close to the coastal path. Perfect for exploring The Lizard.

This fantastically located house is equipped with nearly everything you could possibly want making the stay easy and lazy. Extremely effective heating and good bedding make it ideal for winter stays.

superb location with views to die for but a car is essential

A cosy cottage, close to all facilities and places of interest, with a fabulous view to return to every day.

Stunning. Been to Cornwall many times but this was without doubt the best property we've stayed in
